Pain is Temporary

Your brain has evolved for thousands of years to learn off of your failures and be prepared for the unknown. We don't do this by memorizing sequences and codes, we memorize patterns and visuals. After trauma, you are caught in something of a catch 22, where you're reluctant to want to remember or think about a topic out of fear as is normal, but are then barraged with memories and painful experiences that flood in. This is due to your mind learning off of past experiences. After so long of a time being spent preparing to defend yourself, it can be hard to move away from such a built in way of life. This is referred  to as PTSD. The first signs of moving away from this illness are usually flashbacks and high anxiety. It's you trying desperately to confront these haunting experiences/memories but your instincts, which have been built to defend against confronting such things tell you subconsciously that you are in danger. The feeling that something is wrong, that everything is a little off, your mind racing working out scenarios, and then it hits you. That one trigger that reminds you of all the pain you tried to forget about just floods back in.

The important thing to know about this is that even though it is in fact scary, regardless of the experience, everyone's own fear to them is their own personal hell. As it is their creation of fear subconsciously. It will eventually get easier with time but only if you take certain steps rather than pushing it down.

1.) Know where you are and verbally reassure yourself of this.

2.) Be accepting of the fact that what has happened happened, and you cannot change the past, only yourself. Make the decision between a life of fear or a life of renewal.

3.) Don't be afraid to ask for help.

4.) Choose between fear and love. Fear being the inevitable caution over all things unknown, and love being the acceptance of life and the world as it is.

5.) Stay in the here and now and move on to your next challenge and face it a little older, a lot stronger. Rather than a lot older and a little stronger.

Life is a choice and it's what you make of it. Make the right one by knowing that things are the way they are, and happiness isn't a battle unless you make it one.

Love triumphs over all obstacles when you accept life.

What Is Reality?

Reality is simply what you make of it, sentience and the adhering of knowledge is all we know, all we are. We know what we see, feel, touch, sense. We take this information and make sense of it. This is reality. So, let's take an in depth look at how this all works to move away from science fiction, into science fact.

The right brain is all about the present moment; right here, right now. It thinks in pictures and learns through the kinesthetic movement of your body. It absorbs energy from the world around you and translates that into information for your sensory systems. It doesn't know the difference between your individual consciousness and the world around you.

The left brain is a very different place. It thinks linearly and methodically. It picks out countless details from the events in the past and makes calculated predictions about the future. The left hemisphere thinks in language, which creates your internal voice. Crucially, it makes you aware of your existence as a separate being from the mass energy field perceived by the right brain.

Your Subjective Reality

Imagine if the human brain had evolved with only the functions of the right hemisphere. Your perception of reality would be completely different. You would be drifting around in a universe filled with energy in the here and now, with no perception of the past and future.
You wouldn't know where your body ended and the ground began, or the difference between you and me.
This is a very different perception of the world. And it highlights the nature of subjective reality; how different perceptions lead to completely different experiences of the reality we accept as truth.
Knowing this about the human brain, the question "what is reality?" changes form. It now hinges on your individual perception.

Types of Reality

This has led to multiple theories of reality by various philosophers and scientists:
Phenomenological reality is based on subjective experience. Whatever you observe is instantly real to you. This theory of reality means that unreality is non-existent. Therefore lucid dreams, hallucinations, spiritual experiences, and astral travel are all forms of one subjective reality.
Consensus reality is based on the opinions and observations made by a group of people. A few individuals may decide on an interpretation of an event, which spreads across entire societies and becomes a consensual truth. Religion is a good example of a socially constructed reality.
Non-reality simply means that there is no such thing as objective reality. Every possible observation or interpretation is tainted by subjectivity and therefore does not constitute truth. Nothing is real.
The latter is supported by quantum theory, which states that nothing is real until we measure (observe) it.

Wake Up and Smell the Ashes

The world is run by corporate giants who don't give two shits about you or your human needs. They care about the money in their pockets and keeping you blind from the real truth. They influence what you buy, and where your money goes. You have the power to take a stand so do it. You and only you choose where your power is given.

It comes down to this. Corporations fund political campaigns, and in turn politicians do what they must to get paid. Many if not almost all government branches can be viewed if no are viewed as corporations. Now obviously in a business your goal is to make money in the most efficient way possible. This means cutting out things you don't need to increase productivity, and doing things strategically to get ahead either socially or financially. The same is done in government, human life simply is not a barrier unless social standing is at risk of being lost. A business must look good if they want to stay in business. Luckily for the government, they can rely heavily on patriotism. Even if things go horribly wrong, at least 40 percent of the population will stay loyal due to patriotism and the stigma that "my government just wants the best for me". Unfortunately this stigma is completely and utterly false. the only time quality of living and human life at all is taken into account, is under public judgement. To keep the public at ease, people are simply told what they want to hear, but of course there was never an entity whom had ever lived who could never tell a lie, the same goes for our government. Big surprise there. Your government does lie to you.

IN THE VIDEO BELOW you will discover a lot of truths, all the information is carefully documented without bias and questioned thoroughly. Some of the content may be disturbing to some viewers so be warned.

I believe the truth must always prevail, as ignorance is not bliss in a world that can be fixed simply with knowledge. -Sean Edward Nolan

What Is Fear?

Fear is not knowing. Anyway you twist it, anyway you test it. The fear of what could happen and what may happen sets even the bravest on edge. This is relevant because there are many skeptics out there who refuse to accept new information and are blind to statistics or important info right in front of them. They refuse this because  ignorance is bliss,  and being in the dark to them is safer than accepting that something is wrong. The fist rule of captivating an audience is making them feel safe. In the world we live in today the only way to do that is through mass media and flat out lies to make one feels safe when in truth, there may be much more to a story. So think about what it is you're denying, what you've made your mind up about, your bias may only hurt you in the end.

We Can't Support Ourselves Like This

As the global economy grows, the world is going to get a lot more thirsty in 2030 if steps aren’t taken to cut back on fresh water use now, the United Nations says.
At current usage rates, the world will have 40% less fresh water than it needs in 15 years, according to the United Nations World Water Assessment Program in its 2015 report, which came out ahead of the U.N.’s World Water Day last Sunday. At this rate and the direction we're  taking our economy, we're putting corporate greed over necessary  survival, we do in fact have the technology and resources to supply water to everywhere that needs it. We as a race choose not to because it is easier or because corporations keep a tight control over the world's water supplies. We're going down a tricky path, we have a chance to change that but it will take us fighting for what we believe in by changing the way we live day to day. Not giving in to what is "easy", but instead doing what is necessary  to preserve earth as a fresh water planet, and sustain the human race with lack of war, and no need for pitiful things such as fights for power. We shouldn't  be so worried over power but rather worry about our advancement  not as a clan or nation, but as a race.

PROTECT THE NET

The internet is the only thing keeping us free, as it is the last unbiased source of information. Although that too is at risk of being violated by corporate greed. People in general are scared of the internet, as it is about 80% of it can't even be reached through a normal browser but only through a Tor browser. This is called the deep web, and its OK if you haven't heard of it, most haven't. Its mostly only good for illegal gun trade or downloading pirated movies, but what's really important about this is its not controlled. No one has any grasp on this, simply because its far too difficult to track anyone on the deep web due to masked IP addresses and whatnot. Websites like Facebook however and Twitter aren't exactly free. Everything you do and say is monitored and watched closely. As it is, our freedom of speech has been abolished in the united states as hard as it is to hear. Protesters can be striked by police, beaten, arrested, and even killed. They usually make no impact. What does make an impact? A massive, worldwide communications system that is the internet, that can exchange information more quickly than ever before in history. So if you want to value any kind of freedom of press, just remember that the internet is all you have left, because I garuntee you that every news station you click on will be biased, and agenda driven either through politics, money, or both.
