The Reality of Police Brutality

History tends to repeat itself, as soon as laws can be squandered or twisted with countless new additions of said law, there will always be corruption of the law. Even by referring to Murphy's Law, which is widely used in quantum theory and statistics, we can see that there may be no stopping corruption of the government ever at our rate. The law states "whatever can happen will happen somehow". This is relevant because when working within a system that only grows in entropy (our government which grows in laws and people) we will inevitably see corruption, because the system simply isn't an evolving one. We have a set mind of what the perfect utopia should be like, and for a while we thought we had it, many still think we do. The problem with this is to truly achieve a perfect society you cannot strive for perfection, but rather evolution with the changing of the world in which you live in. It's no argument that people fear change and prefer to stay the same amongst other things, but like any addiction, admitting you have a problem is the first step. Ignorance and pride is more prevalent in our society than you may think, as you, me, and every person or living breathing thing that thinks for itself will always have some form of prejudice based on moral upbringing, and instincts of fear and the all to familiar "what ifs" that perforate our minds whenever we are faced with a problem. It's a good thing and a bad thing, because these "what ifs" can in a way help us in times of struggle, crisis, or even prevention of something of the sort. What's bad is these scenarios we create generate enough fear to overpower reason, and create ignorance, and a false state of awareness as people begin to ignore real problems and real facts. They are people who are being told how to live, how to act, what to wear, what to think, what to say, and eventually how to die... So why not join the bandwagon? It's certainly easier, right? Who really needs to think for themselves?.. If you thought that sarcasm sounded familiar you aren't alone. As many people today are contempt with living a basic, meaningless life working minimum wage and wasting their lives away doing drugs and partying. It could be anyone, maybe me, maybe even you. Just know it's never to late to teach an old dog new tricks, and you can always stop and begin to accept life for what it is rather than denying things right in front of your face. When you've learned to truly be at peace with yourself with as little prejudice as possible, then you can start truly living.

Fukushima

After that tsunami that struck down upon Japan on March 11th 2011, Fukushima's famed nuclear plant suffered a fatal
blow. Ever since, it has been draining radiation into the pacific ocean contaminating billions of organisms and reaching as far as the US coast. attempts to quarantine the facility have remained futile as the meltdown rages on even today. Fish have been reported with horrible tumors and mutations and have shown "radiation levels of 426 and 197 becquerels per kilogram." which is approximately 124 times over the radiation limit. These fish, 37 caught to be exact off the coast of Japan, are few in many. With the radiation spreading across the pacific with low chance of dilution, we can expect to see much more of these mutations perhaps even in the very food we eat today.
