Fukushima

After that tsunami that struck down upon Japan on March 11th 2011, Fukushima's famed nuclear plant suffered a fatal
blow. Ever since, it has been draining radiation into the pacific ocean contaminating billions of organisms and reaching as far as the US coast. attempts to quarantine the facility have remained futile as the meltdown rages on even today. Fish have been reported with horrible tumors and mutations and have shown "radiation levels of 426 and 197 becquerels per kilogram." which is approximately 124 times over the radiation limit. These fish, 37 caught to be exact off the coast of Japan, are few in many. With the radiation spreading across the pacific with low chance of dilution, we can expect to see much more of these mutations perhaps even in the very food we eat today.
